BIKE MARKING EVENT: SUCCESS

#VisibleLocalTrusted | A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at our Bike Marking events in Brereton and Cannock Chase today.

 We’re pleased to report that 2️⃣0️⃣ bikes were securely marked, helping owners protect their property and giving us stronger tools to deter and tackle bike theft across our communities.

We had brilliant engagement throughout the day – from seasoned riders to families taking their first steps into cycling.

A special highlight was meeting Alfred, a 90‑year‑old cycling enthusiast who rolled up with his bike. Yes, 90 years old – and still out on the tracks most days! A true inspiration and a reminder that staying active keeps the spirit young. 💪🚴‍♂️

A big thank you as well to Cannock Chase District Council for kindly funding the bike marking kits and helping make today possible.
